Service Level agreement

As discussed at last year’s AGM the committee have been working with Rupert and the Park Management to pull together a Service Level Agreement that will enable the management of the activity on the Park to be undertaken in a more transparent and efficient way. This has proved to be difficult because we cannot agree with LTHLP Management the level of detail required. It has also be caught up in our discussions around the Property Factor situation.
